SIDNEY EARL VANDIVER age 70 of Lavergne, died Saturday December 17, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 15 years Evie Wood Vandiver, daughter Debra Jewell of Lavergne, son Charles Earl (Rebecca) Vandiver Christiana, step son Billy (Halenia) Travis of Lavergne, sisters Stella Nabors of Murfreesboro, Sybil Dunn, Betty Vandiver both of Grant, AL., brothers Johnny Vandiver of Grant, AL., Danny Vandiver of Albertville, AL., 4 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Mr. Vandiver worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Arrow Industrys for 30 years. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 noon Friday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna.
