SIBYL S. DECKER, age 91, of Murfreesboro died Friday, January 22, 2010. She was a native of Bell Buckle and the daughter of the late L. D. and Alice Stephens. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Matthew L. Pete Andrews, Sr., son, Billy Steve Andrews, and sister, Helen Williams. Memorial service will be 2:00pm Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. Charles Mullins will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. She is survived by her son, Matthew L. Pete Andrews, Jr of Murfreesboro, grandchildren, Mark Andrews of Smyrna, Jody Billingsly of FL, and Brett Andrews of NE, nephew, Wendell Williams, niece, Donna Jean Chapman, and 4 great grandchildren. Mrs. Decker was a member of Kingwood Heights Church of Christ and a retired telephone operator.
