Shirley Stanley, age 63 of Smyrna died Saturday December 10, 2011. She was a native of Gladville and member of the Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by husband, J.W. Stanley; children, Jeff French, Etheridge French, Jim Jay Stanley, Randy Jay Stanley, Michael Sherman Stanley, Gene Earl Stanley, Johnny Clayton Stanley, Judy Stanley, Robbie Catherine Stanley, Linda Stanley; brother, Wayne Roberts, Randy Roberts, David Rogers; sister, Janice Roberts, Gladys Holly; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11:00AM Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Johnny Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at Mapleview Cemetery.
