Sherwood Frederick Dowd's Obituary
Sherwood Frederick Dowd, age 73, of Murfreesboro passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018. He was a native of Buffalo, NY and the son of the late Sherwood DeForrest and Etheland Harrison Dowd.
Funeral service will be 6:00pm Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Pugh Dowd, son, Dan Dowd and his wife Lyn, grandchildren, Ashley Dowd, Michael Dowd and his wife Leah Jenkins-Dowd and Russell Flade.
Mr. Dowd was a retired Diesel Mechanic.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
