Sherman Edward Stanley, Jr., age 49 of Smryna died Wednesday. He was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by his father, Sherman Edward Stanley, Sr. Mr. Stanley was a retired Paint and Auto Body specialist and had work for many dealerships in the Murfreesboro area. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Kim Stanley; children, David Stanley and Derek Stanley and wife Brittany; granddaughter, Chelesa Dawn Stanley; mother; Ellen Jones; sisters, Cathey Frazor , and Mitzy Dawn Jones; brother, John Vernie Stanley.
