Shelby Jean Green, age 76 of Smyrna, TN, passed away Monday May 25, 2015. A native of Macon County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Warner and Grace Huffines Bransford. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Rudolph Bransford and a sister, Hazel Bransford. Mrs. Green is survived by sons, Randy Blankenship of Macon County, TN, Billy Oldham and his wife Judy of Milton, TN, Kenny Oldham and his wife Lin of Luray, TN, Mike Oldham and his wife Donna, John Oldham and his wife Kim; daughter, Vanessa Oldham all of Smyrna, TN; brother, James Bransford of Scottsville, KY; sisters, Margie Law of Lafayette, TN, and Ann Butrum of Donelson, TN; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren . Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Elder Neal Forshee officiating. Burial will follow in Mapelview Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
