SERENA ANN (CINDY) WALKER age 39 of Smyrna, TN, died Saturday June 14, 2008 at Centennial Medical Center. A native of Kingsport, TN she was the daughter of Patricia Ann Hale and David Farrell Wells. Memorial service will be 7:00PM Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with visitation from 6:00PM until time of service. Interment will be in the Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Survived by son, Joshua Story of Smyrna, TN, daughter Megan Walker of Smyrna, TN, Mother and stepfather, Patricia and Jim Hale of Kingsport, TN, father and stepmother, David and Juanita Wells of Kingsport, TN, brother, David Mark Wells of New Jersey, maternal grandfather, Okley McDavid of Clinchport, VA and paternal grandparents, Lillian and Burley Wells of Duffield, VA, half-sister, Brandy Helton of Kingsport, TN, half-brothers, Kevin and Brandon Wells both of Kingsport, TN, special niece, Elizabeth Wells of Duffield, VA Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins. Cindy was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Elizabeth McDavid.
