Sarah Dutton Perry, age 91 of Nashville, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday May 15, 2015. A native of Newberry, SC, she was the daughter of the late Wade H. and Ida Reiser Dutton. Mrs. Perry was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Perry who died in 2008. Mrs. Perry is survived by her son, Charles Perry and his wife Virginia of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter, Lisa Perry Hovis and her husband Joel of Easley, SC; grandchildren, Sarah Adams, Rachel Beanblossom, David and John Perry, Tyler Hovis, and Paul Goding; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul Dutton of Oakhurst, CA and Mark Dutton of Charlotte, NC. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 noon until the 2:00 PM funeral service at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Charles Perry and Joel Hovis will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Perry was a long time member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Nashville, TN, a retired nurse, dental practitioner, and a homemaker.
