Sarah Arnold Paul, age 97, formerly of Lavergne and now of Morrison, TN., died Sunday December 5, 2010 at Woodbury Nursing Center. Mrs. Paul was a native of the Lamar Community and was the daughter of the late Lacurcus and Minnie Johns Arnold. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brother Jerry Maxwell and Brother Kenneth Mears will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery. Mrs. Paul is survived by two sons; Ben Ed Paul and Harry M. (Bubba) Paul both of Morrison; five grandchildren, Kim Thompson, Robin Raines, Eddie Paul, Lisa Brown and Susan Frame; and nine great grandchildren. Mrs. Paul was preceded in death by her husband Albert Boyd Paul who died in 1988 and a grandson Anthony Wayne Paul who died in 2002. Mrs. Paul was a member of the Gilroy Church of Christ and was a graduate of Smyrna High School. Family will serve as pallbearers.
