Sara Louise Peggy Adams Lufkin, age 82, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. She is the wife of Robert Edward Lufkin and the daughter of the late John and Esabelle Marlin Adams.

Visitation will be 9A.M.-11A.M. Monday, July 3, 2017 with the funeral service to begin at 11:00 all at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Brother Jamie Byrom and Brother Ronnie Hays will officiate.

Mrs. Lufkin is also survived by two sons, Walter Lufkin and his wife Vicki of Murfreesboro, Larry Lufkin and his wife Teresa of Murfreesboro; five grandchildren, Mandy Lufkin Barrett, Megan Lufkin Glover, Tina Lufkin Petrig, Erica Lufkin Harris, and Matt Lufkin; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lufkin was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.
