Sadie Lorraine Cootes, of Smyrna, TN, awoke in the arms of Jesus on April 13, 2016.

She was the daughter of Steven and Sheila Cootes Jr. of Smyrna, TN. Sadie is also survived by her grandparents, Sharon Adkins and her husband Vince of Smyrna, TN Rick Ward of Norene, TN, Steve Cootes of Nashville, TN, and Lisa Cootes of Granville, TN; great-grandparents, John and Florence Nelson of Baxter, MN and Betty Jo Burke of Granville, TN; uncles, Robby Ward of Lascassas, TN and Lucas Cootes and his wife Storie of Smyrna, TN; cousins, Ava and Allie Ward and Lucas Cootes Jr.; along with many nieces, nephews and Lucas Cootes Jr.; along with many extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Kyle and Dolly Ward, Walter and Nancy Cootes, and Albert Burke.
