Ruth Colleen Kelly, age 62, of Christiana, passed away October 27, 2015 at her home. She was a native of Martinez, CA, and daughter of the late Charlie Green Peacock and Joyce Elaine Brouse Peacock. Ruth is survived by her spouse, Hazel Sue Yavari; a son, T.J. Jankun-Kelly; brothers, William C. (Tina) Peacock and Michael O. (Jeannie) Peacock; a grandson, Liam Jankun-Kelly; and a host of aunts, nieces, and nephews . Ruth was a retired accountant with the State of California.
