Mrs. Ruth Esther Bowhall, age 81, of Smyrna, TN passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in Nashville, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 58 years, Robert Stanley Bowhall, and a son, Robert David Bowhall. Mrs. Bowhall worked in banking for over 4o years before enjoying her potted flowers, puzzles, and reading. Mrs. Bowhall is survived by her daughter, Linda Mercer of Smyrna, TN; two sons, Eugene Bowhall of Brighton, MI and Glenn Bowhall of McMinnville, TN; five grandchildren, Jeff Mercer and his wife Jennifer, Robert Bowhall and his wife Magan, Chelsea Bowhall, Jade Bowhall, and Cynthia Bowhall; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be Friday, April 17, 2015 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 4:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
