RUSSELL STEVEN RUSTY WINGERTER age 45 of Smyrna, TN died Saturday November 28, 2009 following a massive heart attack. He was a native of Rutherford County. Rusty is survived by wife, Pamela Davis Wingerter; mother and step-father, Barbara Haynes Patz and Dennis Patz, Sr. of Murfreesboro, TN; father, Russel Joe Wingerter of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Greg Wingerter of Murfreesboro, TN; father and mother- in- law, John and Carolyn Davis of Nashville, TN. Services will be 6:00PM Monday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna with Peter Miller officiating. Rusty was a US Navy veteran and was a buyer for Pro-Tech.
