RUBY MAE WILLIAMS JONES age 99 of Beech Grove, died Friday October 21, 2011 at MTMC. Mrs. Jones was a native of Lynn Grove, KY., and was the daughter of the late Charlie and Gladys Key Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband William Carlos Jones who died in 1987 and a son William Mac Jones, two brothers J.W. and Hilton Williams and a sister, Rubena McNeely. Funeral services will be Sunday 6:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Beech Grove. Reverend Tom Brantley will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Additional services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home in Murray, KY. Visitation will be 8:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery. Mrs. Jones is survived by two daughters Sara Phillips and her husband Roy of Beech Grove, Gwendolyn Barber and her husband Phillip of Houston, TX. Seven grandchildren Gregg (Debbie) of Tallahassee, FL., Randy (Robin) Jones of Kennesaw, GA., Elaine (Jon) Alexander of Franklin, Jeffrey(Allison) Jones of Franklin, Janene Steward of Beech Grove, Ed (Sloan) Barber of Raleigh, N.C., and Scott (Lisa) Barber of Houston, TX., 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; and sister-in-law; Evelyn Jones of Murray, KY.
