Roy Dale Henderson, age 77, of Leesburg, Florida passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Born in Springfield, TN on January 13, 1947. He was married to Julie Geary Henderson on May 14, 2007, and retired from Ingram Content after 15+ yrs.

He "LOVED" Fishing, dabbled in some golf, enjoyed watching a wide array of sports but fishing shows was his favorite…. He even enjoyed watching Bob Ross on occasion with those happy trees!!!

Survived By His wife of 17 yrs. Julie Henderson. Children: Kathy (Mike) Weatherford, Jon (Becca) Henderson, Kathy (Hector) Urbina, Terri (Robert) Smith, Jay (Elisha) Young. Grandchildren Carri (Micah) Meshotto, Alex (Marissa) Weatherford, Kailey (Landon) Williams, Morgan (Trey) Link, Kaden Jackson, Haylie Smith, Hana and Addison King, Isabella and Ellie Urbina, Mark, Daniel, Jackson, Layla, and Peyton Young. Great grandchildren Maddox and Cade Meshotto, Paisley Williams, Mason Weatherford and Marlow Link. Sisters Shirley (Joe) Taylor and Paulette Tate.

Preceded in death by his parents Morgan and Ethel Henderson, sister Annette Hall, previous wife, Martha Fisher Henderson; mother-in-law, Mary Geary; mother-in-law, Frances Davis; two nephews, and a granddaughter.

The family will receive friends at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 1:00 until 3:00pm.
