Rose Marie Reilly Barnard, age 78, of Antioch, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 17, 2020. A native of Nashville, TN, she was preceded in death by her parents, William and Marjorie Louise Covington Reilly.

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church. Father John Raphael will officiate. Burial will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. in Calvary Cemetery in Nashville, TN.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert Michael Barnard; daughters, Debbie Lewis and her husband Steve of Nashville, TN, Michelle Ignatz and her husband Donald of Nolensville; niece, Donna Worley and her husband Doug of Smyrna; grandchildren, Stephanie Hayden and her husband Justin, Lauren Lewis, Aubrey Ignatz, and Austin Ignatz; great grandchildren, Macie, Connor, Colton, and Brooke; sister, Anne Martin of La Vergne, TN; brothers, Bill Reilly of Nashville and Tommy Reilly of Murfreesboro; along with many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Barnard was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Smyrna. She was employed 20 plus years at St. Thomas West where she always greeted everyone she met with a warm smile. Mrs. Barnard loved her family very much. She cheered for Notre Dame Irish football and enjoyed playing slot machines. She earned the nickname "Slot Rosie."

Doug Worley, Steve Bankston, Tim Martin, Justin Hayden, Tom Reilly and Taylor Bradberry will serve as pallbearers.

Memorials in memory of Mrs. Barnard can be made to St. Jude Children's Hopsital.

Visitation will be Sunday at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to follow.
