Ronnie Bart Powdrill, Sr. age 62 of Smyrna passed away Sunday November 15, 2015. A native of Gladewater, Texas he was the son of the late Daniel W. and Dorothy Bartlett Powdrill. He is also preceded in death by a brother; Larry W. Powdrill. Mr. Powdrill is survived by his wife of 43 years; Jane Powdrill, daughter; Theresa Billiot, son Ronnie Powdrill, Jr. all of Smyrna, 3 grandchildren; Trista Billiot, Rudy Billiot III, Breanna Billiot and his brother Daniel F. Powdrill and his wife Dennie of Louisiana. Mr. Powdrill was a U. S. Army Veteran and was a member of the Masonic Sam Davis Lodge 661 and the Eastern Star. He was retired from the Smyrna Post Office. Visitation will be 4:00pm until 8:00pm Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel Murfreesboro with a Masonic service at 7:00pm. Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel Murfreesboro with Ed Harrell officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbears.
