Ronald "Lynn" Harris, age 59 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Tuesday May 13, 2014. He was native of Murfreesboro, TN, and was preceded in death by his father, Carlos Odell Harris. Mr. Harris is survived by his son, Chris Harris of Portland, OR; mother, Jean H. Parton of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Kenny Harris and his wife Janet of Murfreesboro, TN, his soul mate, Diana Mullins of Murfreesboro, TN, and his nephew, Trent Harris of Bedford County, TN. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, with Brother Arthur Lewis and Pastor Derrick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Dilton Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mr. Harris was devoted to God and family, and was of the Baptist faith. He was a former Paramedic, and served in many facets of the medical field. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Harris.
