Ronald Charles Greaves, age 61, of Murfreesboro, TN, formerly of Lombard, IL, died Sunday, November 18 at MTMC. He was the son of the late Frank Crossley and Doris Marie Thew Greaves and was also preceded in death by his brother Kenneth Greaves.

Mr. Greaves is survived by his wife of 41 years Linda Sue Gabriel Greaves; daughter Michelle Greaves Sawyer and her husband Michael of Smyrna; sisters Denise Szlegowski and her husband Adam, Diane Wagner and her husband Dan, Debbie Greaves, and Annette Greaves; grandchildren Madison Grace and Alexander Grant; and nieces Shelby Greaves Johnston and Alison Greaves Amidei.

Mr. Greaves retired from the US Air Force as a MSgt. after 20 years of service.

Visitation will be 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM Saturday, November 24 at Woodfin Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Greaves. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery .
