Mr. Roland Walter Ziegler, age 84, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024. He was born in Wieblingen, Germany to the late Joseph and Teresa Ziegler. Mr. Ziegler worked in medical engineering designing components for artificial hearts. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed everything the outdoors had to offer.

Mr. Ziegler is survived by his sons, Gregory Ziegler and his wife Kathryn and James Ziegler and his wife Angela; grandchildren, Steven Ziegler, Matthew Ziegler, Nathan Ziegler, and Hannah Ziegler; and sister, Helga Geuber. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Christi Ziegler.
