Roland Burton King, age 53 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Monday February 17, 2014. A native of Cookeville, TN, he was the son of the late Billy Joe and Leslie Charlotte Sullivan King, Sr. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe King, Jr. Mr. King is survived by his wife, Kellie White King; sons, Elion Brae King and his wife, Erica of Smyrna, TN and Elsias Christopher King and his wife, Suzanne of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter, Breanna Elise King- Butterworth and her husband, Geoff of Smyrna, TN; brothers, Nelson Bret King of LaVergne, TN, twin brother, Noland Barton King of Smyrna, TN, and Franklin Brent King of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Porsha Marie Lakin-King, Ethan Arie King, and Emersen Kate King. A Celebration of Life will be 6:30 PM Thursday at Springhouse Worship and Arts Center with Pastor Ronnie Meek officiating.
