Robert Scott Waits, age 41, of Smyrna, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 11, 2021.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Pastor Jimmy Tyson will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

He is survived by his mother, Judy Tolley Chockley; brothers, Cody McCool, and Troy Davis and his wife Denise; and niece and nephew, Annalee Davis and Dylan Davis.

Robert was a member of Cadiz Baptist Church in Kentucky. He loved music and enjoyed playing instruments.

Family and friend will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna.
