ROBERT T. TRACEY, age 62, of Murfreesboro died Thursday, May 28, 2009 at his home. He was born in Pittsburg, Pa. He was the son of Mary Tracey of Pittsburgh, Pa. and the late Hoke Tracey. He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Tracey; daughter, Kris Mangus and her husband Darren of Philadelphia, Pa. ; sons Tim Tracey and his wife Dorothy of Chicago, Illinois, David Tracey and his wife Shannon of Knoxville, Tn. ; sisters, Sue Tracey, Katie Markley, Nancy Mahoney; brother, Bill Tracey and five grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Jonathon, Tyler and Parker. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am Monday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Father Mark Sappenfield officiating. Burial at 10 am Tuesday at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 pm Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mr. Tracey was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be forever remembered by his family and friends. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Vietnam Conflict, a graduate of Robert Morris College, former member of the Murfreesboro Optimist Club where he was a coach for many years.
