Robert "Robby" Eric Skywark, age 55 of Dunlap, Tennessee, died Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville. He was a native of Bethesda, MD and was preceded in death by his father, Carl John Skywark and a brother, John Carl Skywark. Survivors include his mother, Billie Cade Grudzen and her husband James of Homosassa, FL; children, Brittany Taylor and husband James of Buford, GA and Robert Eric Skywark, Jr. of North Augusta, SC; a sister, Jenifer Skywark of Murfreesboro, TN; a brother, Tom Skywark and wife Vicki of St. Simons Island, GA; stepfather, Jack Vardaman, of Alpharetta, GA; four grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 6, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro, TN. Pastor Edward Harden will officiate. Burial will be in the Calvary Baptist Temple cemetery, Ball Ground, GA. Mr. Skywark was a loving son, brother, and father who was known for his sense of humor and independent spirit.
