Robert "Bob" M. Davis, age 87, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018. A native of Nashville, TN, he was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Nona Payton Davis, and a brother, William A. Davis.

Mr. Davis is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jetta Davis; daughter, Cynthia Ann Davis of Nashville; sister, Barbara June Davis of Nashville; special canine friend, Precious; and many other family members and special friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31st at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery with military honors.

Mr. Davis was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and he was a Korean War Veteran. He was retired in sales with the Thompson Machinery Corporation.

Memorials in memory of Mr. Davis can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN, or to a charity of your choice.

Visitation with the family will be Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
