Rev. Robert F. Huff, age 91, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Friday, January 27, 2017. He was born in Valley, AL to the late John Wade and Lula Bell Smith Huff. Rev. Huff attended Southern Nazarene University and was a minister for the Church of the Nazarene for over 60 years. His priorities in life were God, his wife, his family, his church, banana pudding, peanut butter, reading the newspaper, and Alabama football. Roll Tide Roll!

Rev. Huff is survived by his wife of 69 years, Joyce Oliver Huff; son, Fred Huff and his wife Dinah of Albuquerque, NM; daughter, Pattie Ownbey of Murfreesboro; five grandchildren, Maj. Shane Huff of Tampa, FL, Craig Robinson and his wife Nikki of East Ridge, TN, Carie Huffman and her husband Chris of Rockvale, TN, Jaime Swarner and her husband Jon of Loganville, GA, and Candace Heidlebaugh and her husband Jimmy of Clovis, NM; and ten great-grandchildren, Cole, Helen, Noah, Simon, Ethan, Sadie, Mason, Maddox, Jeremy, and Oliver.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 2:00pm at Barfield Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN. A second memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 11:00am at Shawmut Nazarene Church, 3105 29th Blvd, Valley, AL 36854.
