Richard B. "Dick" Johnson, age 91, of the Fellowship Community, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023. A native of Rutherford County, TN, he was the son of the late Buford B. and Mamie Barnett Johnson. He was also preceded in death by his twin brother, Thomas "Tom" Johnson.

Dick is survived by his wife of 63 years, Peggy Wade Johnson; son, Andy Johnson, and his wife Allison; and two grandsons, Chase Johnson, and Andrew "Drew" Johnson all of the Fellowship Community.

Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. The funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Rev. Edgar Boles and Jason Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with Marvin Barnett, Lee Barnett, DuWayne Kessler, Ronnie Edwards, Bobby Davis and Wayne Jones serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy King and Eric Summers.

Dick was a US Army veteran and was a member of Living Springs Baptist Church.
