RICHARD EARL CAHILL, SR, age 65, of Murfreesboro, died February 22, 2012. He was a native of Philadelphia, PA. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:30 AM at Woodfin Funeral Chapel with Father Jacob Dio officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Cahill is survived by his wife, Anna Cahill; children, Richard Cahill,Jr., Deanna Cahill (Kevin) Besemer, and Shawn (Tammy) Cahill all of Murfreesboro; step-son, James Bess of Florida; grandchildren, Karli, Chelsea, Shawn, and Cierra; and siblings, Jack, Esther, Edith, Danny, and Bobby. Mr. Cahill was a member of the Catholic Church and a retired truck driver. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam.
