Richard Dean Brannan, age 79 of Murfreesboro, TN died Friday March 21, 2014. He was a native of Dayton Ohio and was the son of the late, Emory Leo Brannan and Anna Jane Hoop Brannan. Mr. Brannan was a veteran on the United States Army and member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Smyrna, TN. He was a member of the Greater Dayton Chapter of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree. Mr. Brannan was retired from the Fridgedare/General Motor operations in Dayton. Mr. Brannan is survived by his wife, Lois Bailey Brannan; twin brother, Robert Brannan of Dayton; sister, Betty Jane Spraurer of Dayton; special friends, Randy, Bernice and Rip; and many nieces and nephews.
