RHODA GILL JONES, age 93, of Murfreesboro, died April 24, 2012. Mrs. Jones was a native of Tuckers Crossroads,TN, and daughter of the late Levi Thomas and Ethel Lee Wilkerson Gill. A memorial service will be held Sunday April 29, 2012 at Third Baptist Church, 410 West McKnight, Murfreesboro, TN at 4:00 PM with Rev. F. Murray Mathis and Steve Hutson officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Sunday at the church. Mrs. Jones is survived by her children, Joy (Glen) Beard, Watertown, Glenda (Bill) Smith, Lascassas, Dinah (Wendell) Agnew, Shelbyville, Mike Jones, Huntsville, AL, Deborah (Joe) Spicer, Germantown, TN, and Patty (Bush) Cole, Brentwood; sisters, Ruth Womack, Nashville, Rosemarie Miller, Nashville, and Faye Williams, Lebanon; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, A. J. Jones; brothers, Blake, Billie, Grey, and Wayne Gill; sisters, Rebecca McGowan, Katholeen Ray, and Helon McDonald.
