Rex Euel Lewis, age 76 of Nashville, TN died Friday February 23, 2024. He was a native of Fayette Alabama and spent retirement in Murfreesboro, TN. Mr. Lewis was a devoted husband and father who was preceded in death by his wife, Susan E. Lewis, parents, Euel E. Lewis and Mary Madison Lewis.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church and was a graduate of Auburn University. He was a veteran of the United States Army and Air Force Reserve. He was a Bronze Star recipient for his service in Vietnam. Mr. Lewis retired from Hospital Construction Management and was a custom home builder in Nashville.

He is survived by his children, Kathy Lewis Kuss and husband Keven, Brian Lewis; grandchildren, Easton Kuss, Alan Kuss and wife Leah, Samantha Kuss; great-grandchild, Dutton Elizabeth Kuss; brother, Gary Lewis  and wife Debbie.

Funeral service will be at 11:00am Monday March 4th at First United Methodist Church with Inurnment to follow in the First United Methodist Church Columbarium. Woodfin Memorial Chapel is in charge of the cremation. www.woodfinchapel.com
