Reverend John David Pittman, age 65 of Murfreesboro died Sunday May12, 2013. He was a native of Georgia, and was the son of the Late, James and Louise Marsh Pittman. Reverend Pittman was Director of Missions with Concord Baptist Association, and a member of First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro. Reverend Pittman is survived by his wife; Janice Hasty Pittman; daughters, Katie Womack and husband Todd of Chattanooga, Becky Reynolds and husband Joel of Murfreesboro, Audrey Owens and husband Billy of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Laura Kate, Rachel, Rebekah, Luke, Tripp, John, Eli, Abby, and Andrew; brother, James Tracy Pittman, Jr., of Japan; sisters, Betty Doak , and Alice Bradley both of Florida. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of, Reverend Pittman to Concord Baptist Association Missions Ministry Assistance Fund, 2633 Merchants Walk, and Murfreesboro, TN 37127 Visitation will be 10:00AM to 12Noon CST Saturday, May 18, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro.
