Rance Tillman, age 59, of Murfreesboro, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 22, 2017. A native of Savannah, TN, he was preceded in death by his father, Jack Haywood Tillman; and his brother, Jeff Haywood Tillman.

A Celebration of Life will be Monday at 5:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sharon Fox Tillman; sons, Keaton Rance Tillman and Alec James Tillman both of Murfreesboro; daughter, Kendra Alcorn and his mother, Peggy Bowman Tillman both of Savannah, TN.

Mr. Tillman was a member of Northside Baptist Church. A graduate of Savannah High School, he was also a proud graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He was self-employed in the antique business and was also a proud stay at home father for many years. Mr. Tillman loved spending time outdoors and if he wasn't found at the beach or on his boat, he was with his family camping. He was a very creative man and took pride in woodworking and his business. He was a loving son, husband, father and friend and will be greatly missed by all those that knew him.

Memorials in memory of Mr. Tillman can be made to the Sarah Cannon Cancer Research Center.

Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
