RACHEL WILLIAMS AGE 71 OF LaVERGNE, died Thursday January 14, 2010. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna with Bill Thomason and Mike Smith officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband of 52 years John Williams, Daughter Bethany (Jon) Hawkins of Murfreesboro, Grandchildren Emma Hawkins, Nicholas Hawkins both of Murfreesboro, Sisters Norma (Don) Sutherland of Cottontown, Frances Jamison of McEwen, and Brother Jerry (Carolyn) Hedgecoth of Crab Orchard. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Lela Stone Hedgecoth of Crossville. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lavergne.
