Rachel Lee Brown, age 95 of Morrison died October 15, 2022, at her home. She was a native of Stonewall MS, and was preceded in death by her grandson, Shane Hurd who died in 2001.

Mrs. Brown was a waitress, caregiver and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her son, Mike Hurd and wife Marie; grandchildren, Shellie Hurd Victory and husband Rocky, Jeremy Hurd and Kelly Piercey, Elizabeth Hurd, Madison Hurd, Tammy Batey; great-grandchildren, Kayelen Batey, Hayley Johnson, Jordan Victory, Brantley Victory, Niklaus Victory, Blaze Victory, Shane Hurd, Silas Hurd, bonus daughters; Channa Johnson and husband Jeremy; sister, Patricia Ramos Momma"; bonus son, Draimond Jones.
