Rachel BriAnn Austin, age 24, of Murfreesboro died Sunday, February 15, 2009 from injuries received in an auto accident in Sevierville, Tennessee. She was born in Kingsport, Tennessee. She is survived by her daughter, Alexis Paige Melton and son, Paul Landon Melton; parents, Jeff and Evelyn Huff Austin; brothers, Joey Austin and Zack Austin; grandmother, Louvenia Austin all of Murfreesboro. Funeral services 10:30 am Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8 pm Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rachel Austin was a Christian and a finance clerk with Broadway Loans. She was a loving mother, a beautiful daughter and a devoted sister.
