Rachael Michelle O'Quinn, age 50, of LaVergne, TN passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024. A native of Dayton, Ohio, but lived most of her life in Virginia and Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Hilda Diane Beachboard O'Quinn. Rachael was also preceded in death by her sisters, Jennifer Cleveland and Nancy O'Quinn.

Rachael is survived by her husband, Donald "Don" Lemons; son, Jude Kenney of LaVergne, TN; and daughter, Irish Kenney of LaVergne, TN; niece, Noel Cleveland of Smyrna, TN; and nephew, Zachary Cleveland of Smyrna, TN.

Public visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.

Rachael was a writer, a wedding planner, an avid traveler, and so very proud of her Irish name and heritage. She graduated from MTSU with a double major in social work and art history, two of her great joys. Rachael was a loving wife, mother and friend who will be greatly missed.
