Prentice Virgil Chip Irby, III, age 50, of Smyrna, died Friday, June 15, 2012. He was a native of Rutherford County. Funeral Mass will be 11:00am Tuesday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Murfreesboro. Father Richard Gagnon will officiate. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Mary Irby, son, Victor, daughter, Gisel, mother and stepfather, Edna K. & Fred Seitz of Murfreesboro, father and stepmother, Pete and Pauline Irby of Riverside, CA, sister, Jane Hancock of Hobart, IN, nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
