Phyllis Eileen Bloomer, age 82 of Smyrna died Monday June 24, 2019. She was a native of Parker, Indiana and was a member of River of Life Church in Smyrna.

Mrs. Bloomer was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Bloomer who died June 6, 2019; grandson, Anthony Cooper; parents, Ralph Teegarden, Virginia Genevieve Bailey Teegarden.

She is survived by her sons; sons, Evan Bloomer and wife Laura of Smyrna and Alan Bloomer of Kentucky; grandchildren, Amber Bloomer, Nikki Bloomer, Rayleigha Yelton (Justin), Alan Bloomer II, Krystal Fox (Aric), Courtney Gutierrez (David), Erica Foster (Chris), and Crystal Keenan; sixteen great grandchildren; sister; Patricia Shinn in IN, special Niece; Stephanie Shinn in IN.
