Phillip "Pee Wee" Claude Garner, age 59 of Eagleville, TN, passed away Sunday August 10, 2014. A native of Sewanee, TN, he was preceded in death by his father, J. T. Garner. Mr. Garner is survived by his mother, Nancy Maxwell Garner Mangrum, and her husband John, of LaVergne, TN; daughter Jamie Marie Mitchell, and her husband Tim, of Woodbury, TN; brothers, Alan Garner, and his wife Kathy of the Rover community, and Glenn Garner of Smyrna, TN; sisters, Cindy Miller of Smyrna, TN, Naomi Barnett of Fayetteville, TN, and Lisa Garner of LaVergne, TN; granddaughter, Amber Mitchell and grandson, Matthew Mitchell both of Woodbury, TN, and seven nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Tim Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Sherwood, TN at 2:00 PM with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mr. Garner was member of the Church of Christ, and a farmer.
