Phillip Aubra Giles, age 64 of Smyrna passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014. He was a native of Lawrence County and the son of the late Hoyt Oliver and Valeda Christine Sewell Giles. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Angie Giles. Funeral service will be 10:00am Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna, TN. H.L. Wilkinson will officiate. Graveside service will be 2:00pm Thursday at Five Points Cemetery, Five Points, TN. He is survived by his wife, Diane Giles, sons, Jerrold Giles and Jeffrey Giles, all of Smyrna, daughter, Kristy Ward of Murfreesboro, brother, Larry Giles of Lawrenceburg, grandchildren, Alex Ward, Paradyse Lee, Ethan Ward and Christian Lee. Mr. Giles was a warehouse foreman with Kroger until his retirement. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
