Penny Brewer Wallace

Penny Brewer Wallace, age 66, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Minnie Bell Brewer; brothers, Ernest Brewer, Tommy Brewer, Larry Brewer, Jimmy Brewer, and Richard Brewer; sister, Linda Scott; and granddaughter, Porsha Collier.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Wallace; children, Kathy Collier Zettlemoyer, Jennifer Zettlemoyer, and Jeffrey Zettlemoyer; grandchildren, Marcus Wilson, Rylee Zettlemoyer, Haley Wilson, and Kaley Wilson; brothers, Hollis Brewer and George Brewer; sister, Dorathy Mayberry; and many other family and close friends.

Penny was a native of Rutherford County. She found joy in crafting, crocheting, watching old television shows and wrestling, and riding around town. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family. Her love, dedication, and memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, October 5, 2026 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
