Penny Sue King, age 51 of Cumberland City TN died Sunday September 8, 2013. She was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by grandmother, Pauline Beachboard, granddaughter, Arielle; mother-in-law, Carolyn King; step- mother-in-law, Shirley King. Mrs. King was a devoted wife mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Terry King; daughter, Tabitha Phillips and husband Shane; sons Jeremy King and wife Ashley, and Eric King; grandchildren, Kaeden, Kiley and Peyton; parents Morris and Lynda Carter; sisters, Robbie Carter and Karen Carter Clark; father-in-law, Stephen "Bob" King, and a host of other extended family and friends. Funeral service will be 3:00PM Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Bennett Cemetery in Eagleville.
