PATSY ANN TATE, age 64, of Lavergne, Tn. died September 6, 2008 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tn. She was born in Nashville and was the daughter of the late Haskell & Agnes Marie Garrett. She is survived by sons, Joseph (Teresa) Tate, Tommy (Gail) Tate, and; daughter, Amanda Tate; sisters, Evelyn Smith, Brenda Garrett, Faye Beale, and Peggy Aldonna; brother, Bill Ray Garrett; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be at 1 pm Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Paul Chisgar officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation with the family 4-8 pm Tuesday.
