Patrick H. Wagner, age 69, formerly of Pawnee, IL passed away at his residence in Smyrna, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Teresa (Carney) Wagner of Pawnee, IL; sister, Sheila Rose Leskovisek and niece, Ashley Rose Mason.

Pat retired from National Life and Accident Insurance Company/AIG after 46 years of Service. He was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church, Smyrna, TN, Knights of Columbus, an Eagle Scout and Ad Altare Dei Award Recipient.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Brown), sons, Michael P. Wagner of LaVergne, TN, Phillip A. Wagner and his wife Angel of Eagleville, TN, sister, Thecla (Wagner) Rettberg and her husband Lance of Naperville, IL, grandchildren, Isabelle Wagner and Braiden Taylor and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Pawnee, IL.
