Gary Patrick "Pat" Brooks, age 50 of Murfreesboro died Monday at his home. He was a native of Houston County, TN and was preceded in death by his mother Mary Anne Seay Brooks. Mr. Brooks is survived by his father Garland Brooks of LaVergne, TN; children Danielle Stack of Clarksville, TN, Hollie Calderon of Westborough, MA, and Michael Brooks of Antioch, TN; brothers and sister Jeff Brooks of Portland, TN, Tracy Brooks of Townsend, MA, Charla Tyre of Murfreesboro, TN, Jasen Brooks of LaVergne, TN and Garland Brooks II of Antioch, TN; two grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends. Mr. Brooks was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and had worked in automotive sales. Visitation with the family will be Friday, April 18, 2014 from 4:00pm until the time of memorial services beginning at 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
