Obituary

Patricia Thomas "Pat" Farrer, age 75, of Murfreesboro, died Wednesday Nov. 5, 2014. She was a native of Lancaster, KY, and daughter of the late Ralph and Pearl Brown Thomas. Mrs. Farrer is survived by her beloved husband, Charles R. Farrer; sons, Mark Gorbett and Chuck Farrer and his wife Carol both of Murfreesboro; daughter, Debra Hall of Murfreesboro; brothers, Ken Thomas and his wife, Jill of Knoxville, and Dickie Thomas and his wife, Peggy of Murfreesboro; six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 5:00 PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. Rebecca Salisbury and Rev. Chris Warren officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Farrer was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was retired co-owner of International Cruise and Travel of Murfreesboro. She loved to travel and help others enjoy the world. Memorials may be made to First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, St. Jude Hospital, of Beasley Animal Shelter in memory of Mrs. Farrer. Online condolences may be made at www.woodfinchapel.co
