PATRICIA GWEN WADE, age 60, of Portland Tennessee, died Friday May 15, 2009 at NorthCrest Hospital in Springfield TN. Services will be held 10 A.M. Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna with Brother David Humphrey officiating, burial will follow at Mapleview Cemetery. Mrs. Wade was born October 4, 1948 in Gainesboro TN to James and Rhoda Elliott. Mrs. Wade was a mother of seven and a home maker. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Levi Wade Jr.; four daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Darryl Humphrey, Susan and Dale Page, Delia and David Eagles and Carrie and John Shelby; two sons, Levi Wade III and Steven Wade; thirteen grandchildren; two brothers, Phil Elliott and Eugene Williams; and one sister, Phyllis Williams. Mrs. Wade is preceded in death by her father James Elliott and her son Michael Christopher. Visitation with the family will be from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M.
