Patricia Dailey Duchac, age 67 of LaVergne, TN died Thursday January 12, 2012. She was a native of Vincennes Indiana, and was preceded in death by her; sister, Jerry Sue Dailey, and brother, Billy Dailey; Mrs. Duchac was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church and was retired RN at Vanderbilt working with the Neuro-ICU. She is survived by her husband, David Duchac; daughter, Lisa Check and husband Michael of Murfreesboro; step-children, Kevin Duchac and wife Allison of Murfreesboro, Rebecca Sanders and husband, Boots of Mt. Juliet, Steven Duchac and wife Anne of Glenville N.C.; grandchildren, Rachel, Samantha, Emily, Matthew, Ashley, Anna Marie, Mary Faith, Gracie, Miranda; parents, William R. and Roberta Bilskie Dailey; sisters, Margaret Kiefer, and late husband, Don. Cherie Vieke and husband John; brothers, Gary Dailey and wife Lin, and Tom Dailey, all of Vincennes Indiana. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with burial to follow in Mapleview Cemetery.
